The challenge
Housing societies juggle separate tools for the gate, residents and accounts, and many guards are not comfortable with text-heavy apps. A group of societies wanted one simple platform — easier than existing gate apps — that also handles society accounting their CA can use.
What we built
- Guard app with voice guidance in Hindi, Marathi, Bhojpuri and Nepali, with basic to advanced modes
- Resident app for Android and iOS: visitors, history, approvals and community features
- Visitor management for all common visitor types, configurable per society
- Tally-style accounting: ledgers, vouchers, day book, trial balance, income & expenditure and balance sheet
- Exports a CA can import into Tally or other accounting software
- Multi-tenant SaaS built to onboard many societies
