The challenge
A skill-training network running several centres had its ERP on ageing shared hosting. Staff needed a faster, modern interface; management needed centre-wise visibility of fees and student loans; and the move to new infrastructure could not lose a single record or break payment and messaging integrations.
What we built
- Modern, consistent interface across around 60 list and management screens
- Loans module with overview KPIs, ageing analysis, top defaulters and per-centre charts
- Migration of the full production database to new cloud servers, verified table by table
- Dedicated application worker pool and hardened server configuration
- Payment and messaging integrations kept working on the same domain
Outcome
The ERP went live on the new servers with all 372 tables and over 290,000 rows matching the source, and no upload drift.
